| ADI | Area Director of Instruction. Responsible for assigning instructors to courses and tournaments. |
| ACRA | Area Coordinator of Referee Assignments. Identifies games for which ADA assigns assessors |
| SRA/SYRA | State (Youth) Referee Administrator. Only person recognized by USSF to certify referees in Florida. Appoints and delegates specific authority to all other administrators. |
| SDI | State Director of Instructors. Responsible for ADI performance, Law interpretation, and clinic agendas. |
| SDA | State Director of Assessments. Responsible for ADA performance and assessment program. |
| SCRA | State Coordinator of Referee Assignments. Responsible for ACRA performance and assignment program. |
| SRC | State Referee Committee. Advisor to SRA. |
| USSF | United States Soccer Federation. National organization recognized by FIFA |
| FYSA | Florida Youth Soccer Association. Appoints SYRA |
| FSSA | Florida State Soccer Association. Appoints SRA. Disciplinary authority for referees. |
| FIFA | Governing body for world soccer. |
