To all referee that officiate (ADULT) FSSA games in Florida

 

This is the only player pass that you can take from Adult players Click to see sample player pass that must be used by FSSA registered players, any other player pass is not acceptable.

 

This is the only players pass Florida State Association is issuing.

 

Any referee violates FSR/FSSA policy will be suspended and or fine $100.00 for each offence.  This suspension and fine will include the two AR's.

Important Notice!

FSSA President reminds all referees that work amateur matches:

#1 Ejected players are supposed to leave the premises, referees are not supposed to restart a match until that has occurred.

#2 FSSA issues up to 3 coaches passes per team, only credentialed coaches and players are to be on the players side of the field.

This practice is not new so we need to have all the referees know how to deal with players that have been sent off (red card) as well as to who is to be at the teams benches.

Important Notice!

FYSA Rules 208.2, 208.3, 208.4 require that permanent or temporary passes shall be considered legal only if they contain all of the following:

1.                  Signatures of player/coach, exactly how it appears on front and of the District Commissioner

2.                  Current photo taken within six months

3.                  Pass will be laminated with a clear plastic material permanently affixing player's picture to the pass.

Disciplinary action will be taken toward any referee that allows a player to play without a player pass that meets the above requirements.
