The following are pages you will see.

First, you must logon properly. This activity is encrypted, so that you protect people's SS# and personal information, and therefore you must logon properly to achieve encryption.

The first page after your logon asks for the SS# and State of the referee. If your referee is from out of state, be prepared to type in their name on the next screen. If your referee SS# matches a referee registered with FSR, then all the information on that person will be automatically supplied by the web site. You won't have to type it in.

The second page requests that you verify the name of the referees. Here is where you may need to enter information if the referee gave you a bad SS# or if the referee isn't registered with FSR.

This 3rd page wants you to enter the basic information about the game itself and the scores of the referee, AR1 and AR2.. Be certain to enter the date in the requested format. For the information following teams, use the down arrow to select a proper entry.

The 4th step totals the scores. It is essentially a built-in calculator. That is, you can use your browser's BACK arrow to return to the previous page to change a score if the total isn't what it is supposed to be..

Then after you adjust all the points to suit you, it asks you to enter the narrative on each official. The first three boxes in this step will be feedback to the official. The 4th box for each official is what you want to tell FSR about this official. This 4th box should correspond with the scores that you've given. NOTE: When you click on the button at the bottom of this page, you've sealed your fate. That is, you can no longer use the back button to revise any part of your assessment. It has been filed. After that button, you get a page for distribution. You can either print or e-mail the Feedback to Officials. Your Game Report (with scores) goes directly into the data base.

P.S. Some people use "NotePad" text editor to enter their narrative before they ever logon to the web to enter the assessment. This saves time because when you get to this page, below, you can just Copy / Paste the words right into the boxes. WARNING: Don't use a word processor like MS Word. That adds hidden characters that aren't acceptable to our Data base, and in fact can crash the system.
